Data Deletion Instructions

You can have every piece of data HiperXomnia holds about you deleted. Pick whichever route fits you — all three end in the same place.

Option 1 — From the console (immediate)

  1. Sign in at the console.
  2. Go to Settings → Connected WhatsApp Business Account.
  3. Tick "Also erase every contact, opt-in record and message" and press Disconnect and delete data.

We immediately unsubscribe our app from your WhatsApp Business Account, destroy the stored access token and erase the selected data. Nothing is queued for later review.

Option 2 — By email

  1. Write to hyperommnia@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
  2. Tell us the business name and the WhatsApp phone number involved.
  3. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
  4. You receive a written confirmation when the deletion is done.

Option 3 — Revoke our access from Meta

  1. Open Meta Business Suite → Business settings.
  2. Go to Accounts → WhatsApp accounts, select your account, then Apps.
  3. Remove HiperXomnia (App ID 1644024960631264).

Our access ends the moment you do this. Write to us afterwards if you also want the stored message history erased.

What gets deleted

  • The access token that authorized us to act on your behalf.
  • The identifiers of your business portfolio, your WhatsApp Business Account and your phone number.
  • Every contact record, including its opt-in and opt-out history.
  • Every message we stored, in both directions, with its delivery statuses.
  • Your workspace and user account, if you ask for it to be closed.

What we may keep

Only what the law requires us to retain — for example billing records — and only for as long as it requires. Such records are kept isolated and are not used for any other purpose.

End users of our clients

If you messaged a business that uses HiperXomnia and you want your conversation deleted, contact that business: they control the conversation and can delete it from their console. You can also write to hyperommnia@gmail.com and we will route the request to them and follow up.
